 Is gratuity included in the cost of the fare?
In most cases, it is not. Gratuities typically range from 12% to 20% of the cost of the fare, and are at the discretion of the passenger.
Exceptions include:
• All fares over $100 (a 15% gratuity will be added to cost of fare) 
• Trips to Gainesville (gratuity included in cost of fare)
• Some group/van trips may include gratuity in estimated quote

If my flight is delayed, will I need to call or pay a wait fee?
Although your flights are monitored by our company as part of standard practice, it is still recommended and appreciated that you inform us if your flight is delayed.

Do I need to call to cancel my ride?
Yes. You will need to provide at least 8 hours advance notice of cancellations. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a 50% cost of the fare.

When/how do I pay?
You can pay with cash or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express) 1) when making a phone-in reservation, 2) at the time of pick-up, or 3) through PayPal online, which is secure, third-party transaction system. All are safe, reliable transactions.

When will my credit card transaction be processed?
Your credit card will not be processed until you are picked-up, unless paying through PayPal online.

What are your call hours?
Our call hours are 8:30am to 10pm EST. Early-morning trips must be booked by 10:00pm the night before, and are subject to availability.

What if I need to schedule a ride in the middle of the night?
That is fine. We pick-up any time of the day or night with a reservation. A surcharge may be applied for rides scheduled between 1:00am and 5:00am.

Can you supply a car seat for my infant/toddler?
Yes, please let a customer service representative know that you will need a car seat when you schedule your trip arrangements. There is a $5 service charge for each car seat reserved.

What is a Luxury Towncar upgrade?
For an additional $10-$15, you can arrange to have a Lincoln Towncar pick you up.

Where will I meet my driver at the airport?
Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) has a “limo lot” at the north end of the baggage claim area. To get there, exit the doors by Carousel #1. To the right of the exit is a Ground Transportation booth. Tell someone in the booth you have scheduled a ride, and they will call your driver, who meets you at the curb.

What if I don’t see the rate I’m looking for under your Rates page?
Simply go to our

Are there any luggage policies?
Please let us know if you will have more than 1 large bag and 1 carry-on item per person. If you have golf clubs, surfboards, skis, or any other large equipment, please let us know before your pick-up, as we may have to make alternate arrangements to accommodate your items.

How many people will fit into one car?
Normally, 3 adults can fit into a car. Please let us know if you have more than 3 passengers, as alternate arrangements may need to be made (minivan, separate cars, etc).

Do you offer Corporate Accounts?
Yes. Please call (904) 415-9779 to discuss arranging a Corporate Account for your business.

Do you charge wait time?
Wait time is not charged for delayed incoming flights. However, wait-time fees will be applied in all other instances which delay the scheduled pick-up time ($20 per half hour).

How many passengers are covered under your standard posted rates?
Up to 3 passengers. Parties with more than 3 passengers are subject to additional fees.

What if I leave something in one of your vehicles?
Floridian Transportation is not responsible for any items left in the vehicles. Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
